Matías Saldaña

Matías Saldaña is a seasoned Project Manager Senior at Buk, overseeing the implementation of the BUK remuneration platform since April 2022. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Management Analyst at Uno Salud Dental, where Matías managed incentives for clinical staff and participated in remuneration reviews. Matías also gained experience as a sales intern at Nestlé and as a trainee at Coca-Cola Embonor. Educational accomplishments include a Diploma in Digital Marketing and E-commerce, a Master's degree in Economics and Public Policy, and a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Engineering, all from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
