Junrui Chen

Junrui Chen is an experienced technology leader specialized in software infrastructure and engineering management. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering - Infrastructure at Bukalapak since September 2021, Junrui oversees the software infrastructure tribe and previously led the core infrastructure team, focusing on infrastructure as code (IaC) practices. Prior to this role, Junrui developed backend systems, mobile applications, and software infrastructure for the Mitra Philippines project. At Freelancer.com, Junrui held positions as an Engineering Team Lead and Security Software Engineer, where significant contributions included the development of an internal website to streamline security utilities. Junrui holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Zhejiang University and a Master’s degree in Information Technology from UNSW.
