Kalista Adenis

Kalista Adenis is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in employer branding and recruitment. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at Bukalapak since September 2021, Kalista previously held the role of Recruitment Lead at Ericsson from July 2018 to September 2021. Prior to that, Kalista was the Talent Acquisition Lead at Baker Hughes from June 2013 to July 2018, overseeing recruitment for multiple regions. Earlier career roles included Senior Consultant at Velosi Energy, Recruitment Specialist at Premier Oil, and Recruitment Consultant at NES Global Singapore. Kalista began the career at Trans TV as a scriptwriter. Kalista holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia and has furthered education at The University of Queensland.
