Chanukah Gunawardena is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, and HR systems. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at IFS since February 2023, Chanukah previously held multiple roles at Dialog Axiata PLC, where responsibilities included implementing employer branding strategies and developing recruitment marketing programs. Prior roles include Senior Executive in Talent Engagement at Brandix Apparel Solutions Limited and various HR positions at Accenture, Brandix Mercury Asia, and Brandix Group of Companies, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and payroll management. Chanukah holds an MBA specialized in HR from the University of Staffordshire and a B.Sc (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Wales.
