Muhammad Ali Pasha

Muhammad Ali Pasha currently serves as the VP of Corporate Finance - M&A and Strategic Partnerships at Bukalapak since November 2021. Prior to this role, Muhammad held positions including General Counsel at Zenius from February 2021 to October 2021, and SVP of Legal - Corporate & Transactions at Gojek from December 2017 to February 2021. Muhammad's legal career began at Baker & McKenzie as an Associate in the Finance and Projects Practice Group from October 2010 to December 2017, and included earlier roles as an Associate at Ali Budiardjo, Nugroho, Reksodiputro and as an Intern at Roosdiono & Partners. Muhammad holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Energy, Trade and Finance from Bayes Business School (2012-2013) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Indonesia (2003-2008).
