Setia Negara B. Tjaru

Setia Negara B. Tjaru is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in web development and UI/UX design. Currently serving as Head of Engineering at Bukalapak since July 2018, Setia previously held various roles at Prelo Indonesia, including VP Engineering and Frontend Web Developer, where responsibilities included managing development teams and timelines, bridging communication between management and developers, and designing user interfaces. Setia co-founded Phinisi Studio, focusing on mobile game development, and has worked as a UI designer for several projects in the oil and gas sector. Setia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Informatics from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
