Melissa Straus has extensive experience in payroll management, currently serving as Payroll Manager at Bukaty Companies since May 2015, after progressing from Lead Payroll Specialist. In this role, Melissa provides payroll support to over 150 clients utilizing the Kronos HRIS and Millennium payroll systems and has taken on the responsibility of Lead Implementer for the Kronos payroll system. Prior to this, Melissa worked as Payroll Manager at Geo P Reintjes Co Inc from January 1992 to April 2015. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Kansas, earned from 1983 to 1987.
