Tom Sorrentino currently serves as a Partner in the Employee Benefits Practice at Bukaty Companies, a position held since March 2019. In this role, Tom leads a team dedicated to enhancing profitability and employee engagement through innovative strategies in risk management and benefits consulting. Prior to Bukaty Companies, Tom worked as a Benefits Consultant for Lansing Trade Group, LLC from January 2014 to March 2019, where responsibilities included physical arbitrage with a focus on the wheat complex. Earlier experience includes a position as a Junior Trader at Citi from July 2012 to January 2014, specializing in US Equity Derivatives. Tom earned a Bachelor of Arts in Financial Economics from the University of Rochester, attending from 2009 to 2012.
