Noaman Minhas

Noaman Minhas currently serves as the Group HR Director at Bukhatir Group since January 2022, bringing extensive experience from previous roles including Group Head of Human Resources at TECH GROUP, where emphasis was placed on enhancing recruitment practices and HR budgeting. Formerly, Noaman held several positions at Warid Telecom, cultivating talent acquisition strategies and managing regional HR operations, in addition to serving in leadership roles at Comcast Cable, Siemens, and Sprint. Educational credentials include an MBA in HR & Change Management from the University of Southern Queensland and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Oklahoma.
