Hendy Kusumo Nugroho

Hendy Kusumo Nugroho has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Their most recent role is as the Head of Product and Design at BukuWarung, starting in October 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Tokopedia as a Lead Product Manager from July 2021 to July 2022. Hendy Kusumo also held the position of Senior Product Manager at Snapcart from March 2019 to June 2019. Hendy has experience in project management and scrum methodology as a Project Manager and Scrum Master at Snapcart from June 2018 to February 2019. Before that, they worked at Errai Pasifik in various roles, including Product Manager and Software Developer, from June 2013 to June 2018. Hendy also has previous experience as a part-time worker at Victoria Market in 2012, as well as a Research Assistant at IR Lab, Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Indonesia in 2010. Hendy Kusumo started their career as an intern at Accenture in 2009.

Hendy Kusumo Nugroho completed their Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Indonesia in the years 2006 to 2010. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Information Systems at the University of Melbourne from the years 2011 to 2012. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Software Processes and Agile Practices, Client Needs and Software Requirements, and Introduction to Software Product Management from Coursera.
