Claudia Carlesi

Claudia Carlesi is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer care and operations within the luxury fashion industry. Currently serving as the After Sale Associate Manager at Bulgari since May 2023, Claudia previously held a prominent role at Gucci from November 2010 to September 2023 as a Customer Care & Operations Specialist for the EMEA and NORAM regions. This position involved leading sales initiatives in the Special Sales channel and managing online sales operations, including order management and customer care. Claudia's earlier experience includes roles at AIM Group International as an Interpreter and Tour Leader, and as a Translator for the Italian Task Force for International Cooperation on Holocaust education. Claudia holds a Master’s Degree in Conference Interpreting and a Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Languages from Università degli Studi Internazionali di Roma - UNINT and Università degli Studi di Cassino e del Lazio Meridionale, respectively.
