Livia Cerasi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in high-end brand management and customer experience within the luxury sector. Currently serving as the High End Development Manager for Italy and Turkey at Bulgari since July 2023, Livia previously held the position of Customer Experience Manager at Hermès. Earlier roles include Director at Gavin Brown’s Enterprise, where Livia managed global artist projects and client relationships, and Key Account Manager at David Zwirner, overseeing numerous exhibitions and VIP events worldwide. Livia's educational background includes dual MBA degrees from SDA Bocconi and IE Business School, alongside a BSc in Economics and Business from Luiss Guido Carli University.
