Paolo Micangeli has over 10 years of experience in marketing and brand management. Paolo started their career in 2008 as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, where they specialized in acquisition risk management and start-up projects. In 2009, they joined Procter & Gamble as a Brand Manager in Italy, and later became the Brand Director for Global Dolce & Gabbana Parfums, leading the business strategy and marketing plans for the brand.
In 2016, Paolo joined FATER as the Head of Marketing for the Global Fabric & Home Care Portfolio. In this role, they were responsible for developing the global portfolio strategy and leading the innovation and marketing strategy for the Ace and Comet Brands across multiple countries. Most recently, Paolo worked at Bulgari as the Marketing Director for the Global Leather Goods & Accessories Portfolio. Paolo was responsible for overseeing the marketing strategy for this portfolio within the LVMH group.

Paolo Micangeli earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Management from Luiss Guido Carli University from 2003 to 2006. Paolo later pursued a Master of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Management at Università Bocconi from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, Micangeli obtained further knowledge in E-Commerce through the E-Commerce Fast Track certification offered by LVMH in 2022. In 2007, they briefly attended the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) to further their studies in Business Administration with a concentration in International Management.
