Richard Swerdlow

Richard Swerdlow is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in developing and managing marketplaces for condos and residential real estate. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Bulk Condos since October 2020, Richard Swerdlow focuses on facilitating confidential sales of bulk condo portfolios. Previously, Richard Swerdlow was the Founder and CEO of Condo.com, designed to connect various stakeholders in the $150 billion US condo market, and held the role of Managing Director at Condos.com, where the emphasis was on pre-construction sales. Richard Swerdlow has also co-founded and led multiple real estate ventures, including Houses.com and Property.com, and served as COO for Swerdlow Group, one of the leading real estate developers in Southeastern United States. With a legal education from The George Washington University Law School, Richard Swerdlow began their career practicing law at Greenberg Traurig, LLP.
