Mel Ebsworth

Mel Ebsworth is an experienced Talent Manager currently working at Bulk™ since February 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing recruitment for London and Colchester sites and implementing skills-based hiring and DE&I initiatives. Prior to this role, Mel served as Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Mous from November 2020 to January 2023, successfully hiring and onboarding over 40 employees across multiple departments. Earlier career experiences include roles at Wiser, where Mel built sales teams for start-ups, and Harvey Nash Group, contributing to the growth of the HR practice and filling key vacancies for major companies. Mel also has a background in events and hospitality, having led high-profile events for Mercedes-Benz World, and completed internships with Mai Life Magazine and Men's Health magazine UK. Education was completed at Strode's and Windsor Sixth Form Colleges.
