Kathleen Sullivan

Kathleen Sullivan has extensive experience in corporate administration and legal counsel. Kathleen is currently the Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel at Bull Moose Tube, where they oversee various departments such as human resources, labor relations, and safety management. Prior to this role, they were the Vice President - Administration & Counsel at Specialty Steel Works Incorporated, where they were responsible for HR, labor relations, safety, government affairs, and public relations. Kathleen also co-founded Pryzm Advisors, LLC, and served as the Principal. Kathleen previously held positions at Corey Steel Company as the Vice President, Secretary & Counsel, and at Robbins, Schwartz, Nicholas, Lifton & Taylor as an Attorney and Of Counsel. Kathleen began their legal career as an Attorney at Anderson & Franklin, representing private sector management in labor and employment law.

Kathleen Sullivan obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse from 1985 to 1989. Following that, they pursued their Juris Doctorate degree at DePaul University College of Law from 1989 to 1992.
