Aetesam Nazir Khawaja is an experienced operations and continuous improvement professional with a strong background in leading transformational change within the food and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as Group Continuous Improvement Manager at Bulla Dairy Foods since October 2021, Aetesam previously held roles at Bega Cheese Limited and Mondelēz International as Operations Excellence and Lean Six Sigma Manager. Aetesam’s expertise includes the implementation of operational excellence programs, lean manufacturing methodologies, and the advancement of productivity and process reliability.
