Jim Huang is a knowledgeable professional in the dairy industry with extensive experience in product development and technical roles. Currently serving as a Product Development Technologist at Bulla Dairy Foods since August 2023, Jim previously held positions at Burra Foods Australia as a Technical Specialist and Technical Administrator from June 2019 to August 2023. Additionally, Jim worked as a Manufacturing Technician at Nature’s Dairy Australia for a brief period in 2019 and contributed as a Product Technologist at Yashili NZ Dairy Company Limited from November 2015 to June 2018. Jim holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Food Science from Auckland University of Technology, completed in 2015.

Bulla Dairy Foods is one of Australia’s oldest family owned dairy companies. At Bulla, the same three families have been making dairy products in country Australia for six generations and export them all over the world. We make dairy products with care, craftsmanship and passion, like we've been doing for over 100 years. We make Bulla Cream in batches, the way we did in 1910. All Bulla Ice Cream is still made with fresh milk delivered daily. We continue to hand cut our Cottage Cheese, and our Frozen Yoghurt is made with Bulla probiotic yoghurt and real fruit.
