Mick Morrissy has extensive experience in injury management, health and safety, and human resources, primarily with Bulla Dairy Foods since October 1988, where roles have included Injury Management & RTW Manager, Health & Safety Manager, Area Health & Safety Manager, Health and Safety Coordinator, HR Coordinator, Cheese Maker, and Process Worker. At Bulla, the same three families have been making dairy products in country Australia for six generations and export them all over the world. We make dairy products with care, craftsmanship and passion, like we've been doing for over 100 years. We make Bulla Cream in batches, the way we did in 1910. All Bulla Ice Cream is still made with fresh milk delivered daily. We continue to hand cut our Cottage Cheese, and our Frozen Yoghurt is made with Bulla probiotic yoghurt and real fruit.
