Nick Hickford is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in marketing, sales, and innovation leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer at Bulla Dairy Foods, Nick oversees sales, marketing, and R&D functions. Previously, in roles at George Weston Foods, Nick drove growth as General Manager of Strategic Program Delivery and as Marketing & Innovation Director for Don Smallgoods. Nick’s earlier tenure at Bulla Dairy Foods includes leadership positions that revitalized the Bulla brand in the Australian grocery sector. Prior experiences include serving as CEO of Wilson Everard Advertising, where Nick established digital marketing capabilities, and as General Manager and Partner at The Bridge Consulting Group, expanding it from a small consultancy to an ad agency. Nick also held the Director of Marketing position at Berri Limited, enhancing brand presence in Australia’s fruit juice market. Nick holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from Massey University, New Zealand.

At Bulla, the same three families have been making dairy products in country Australia for six generations and export them all over the world. We make dairy products with care, craftsmanship and passion, like we've been doing for over 100 years. We make Bulla Cream in batches, the way we did in 1910. All Bulla Ice Cream is still made with fresh milk delivered daily. We continue to hand cut our Cottage Cheese, and our Frozen Yoghurt is made with Bulla probiotic yoghurt and real fruit. Bulla is more than just a company - everyone who works here is part of the family.
