Jenny Frame

Jenny Frame serves as the Global Head of Payroll at Bullhorn since September 2023, overseeing the in-house payroll function across multiple countries. Previously, Jenny held various roles at NielsenIQ from February 2012 to September 2023, including Regional Payroll Leader EMEA, where responsibilities encompassed managing payroll services across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and ensuring accurate salary payments. Additional roles at NielsenIQ included Employee Experience Leader and Compensation & Benefits Manager, focusing on improving employee experience and managing employee benefits and payroll functions. Jenny's earlier experience includes interim shared services management positions at 2e2 UK Limited and Varian, Inc., and a long tenure at Siemens Enterprise Communications as Payroll and Compensation & Benefits Manager, where Jenny managed SAP payroll and a team of HR professionals.
