Leah McKelvey

Leah McKelvey is Bullhorn’s SVP, Corporate Development and Enterprise Strategy. She leads go-to-market strategy and growth initiatives focused on expanding Bullhorn’s reach with the largest staffing and recruitment firms across the globe. Beyond these responsibilities as part of the Enterprise Leadership Team, she works on Bullhorn’s Corporate Development team on M&A efforts, including serving as the integration lead for specific acquisitions. During her tenure at Bullhorn, she has also held leadership roles in global operations and Enterprise sales in EMEA. Before joining Bullhorn in 2017, Leah spent the majority of her career in marketing leadership, business development and strategy roles at CareerBuilder and ClearEdge Marketing. Leah earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
