Aarin Yu

Aarin Yu is currently the SVP of Corporate Development at Infillion. Prior to this, Aarin was the founder and Managing Partner of Heritage from April 2013 to February 2020. At Heritage, Aarin served as an advisor to mid-market technology and services companies in their acquisition and sellside activities. Aarin also has experience working in small and mid cap public equities at Karlin Asset Management from February 2009 to April 2013, where they were responsible for identifying, sourcing, and evaluating investment ideas. Before Karlin Asset Management, Aarin worked in M&A investment banking at Oppenheimer & Co. from February 2007 to January 2009, running multiple successful M&A transactions and performing financial valuations including DCF, IRR, LBO, comparable companies, precedent transactions, and accretion / dilution analyses across a variety of scenarios.
