Matthew Caraglia

Matthew Caraglia has extensive experience in billing support and insurance documentation. Currently serving as Manager of US Billing Support at Bullhorn since December 2018, Matthew has progressed through roles including Billing Support Supervisor and Billing Specialist. Prior to this, Matthew worked at Sun Life Financial from November 2016 to December 2018 in various roles, including Case Specialist I and Medical Underwriting Specialist, where responsibilities included managing insurance documents and coordinating RFPs with Underwriting and Sales. Earlier experience includes a position as Digital Marketing Specialist at Post&Wall Marketing and internships that provided administrative support at the John Joseph Moakley United States Courthouse. Matthew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Vermont, enhanced by practical work experiences in various capacities.
