Mike Henrichs

As SVP of Architecture & Technical Operations, Mike Henrichs is responsible for the architectural and operational health of all of Bullhorn’s products. His teams guide the evolution of Bullhorn’s software platforms to continually improve scalability, stability, and performance. He also leads the DevOps teams that create powerful tools that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our operational teams. Prior to joining Bullhorn, Mike spent more than 15 years leading software development, architecture, and operations across a variety of commercial and financial verticals, including multiple startup companies in the high performance computing space. These companies utilized custom hardware to dramatically accelerate processing and data transformation for financial markets as well as AI & machine learning applications. He has been leading SaaS software teams in building scalable, fault tolerant systems since 2015. Mike holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Washington University in St Louis.
