Rachel Goldberg

Rachel Goldberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product operations and management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product Operations at Bullhorn since July 2022, Rachel drives efficiency and consistency for the Product team. Prior to this, Rachel worked at Workhuman as Director of Product Management & Product Operations, contributing to an integrated platform for social recognition and performance management. Rachel's career also includes significant roles at Brainshark, Inc., where responsibilities spanned product marketing and customer engagement, as well as earlier positions at M|C Communications and Cengage, focusing on product strategy and development. Rachel holds a BA in English with a minor in Business from the University of Vermont.
