Stacy Metzger Baughman

Stacy Metzger Baughman currently serves as Practice Manager for Middle Office and previously held the position of Senior Solutions Consultant at Bullhorn since November 2021. Prior to this, Stacy Metzger Baughman worked at HTI - Human Technologies, Inc. from January 2012 to November 2021, where responsibilities included leading quality and operational excellence initiatives, developing candidate experience processes, creating KPIs, and driving technological innovation. Earlier experience includes roles in auditing at the South Carolina Department of Revenue, retail leasing and property management at Colliers Keenan, and an internship at Edens & Avant. Stacy Metzger Baughman holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management with a focus on Real Estate from Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University.
