Prior to this role, Forster worked as a Lead Developer at Echelon Web Design and as a Senior Developer at Midland Computers Ltd and Sitedesign.net. Forster's expertise lies in developing bespoke e-commerce solutions and web applications. He holds a BSc. in Computer Science (Software Engineering) from the University of Wolverhampton.
