Lisa Clayton Robinson

Board Member at Bullis School

Lisa is a writer and editor in the Office of the Founder at the Children’s Defense Fund (CDF), where she writes on a wide variety of policies, programs, and social and historical issues affecting America’s children.

Lisa received her bachelor’s degree magna cum laude and her master’s degree from Harvard University. Before joining the Children’s Defense Fund she served as an Assistant Senior Tutor, or academic dean, and teaching fellow at Harvard, and as a researcher and writer at the University’s W.E.B. DuBois Institute.

Lisa is a longtime volunteer at her children’s schools and a member of the Bullis Parents Association Board, where she is the past Board Secretary.
