Rhonda Kinser

Rhonda Kinser has extensive experience in finance and human resources, currently serving as the Associate Finance & HR Manager at Bullitt County Public Library since 2010. Key responsibilities include analyzing strategic financial objectives, advising on long-range planning, and implementing accounting and financial strategies. Prior roles at the library involved collaborative work as a Circulation Clerk and Reference Clerk, where Rhonda contributed to public services and library operations. With a background spanning multiple industries, Rhonda also has experience as a Customer Advocate and Regional Sales Representative at Chase Manhattan Bank, and as a Staff Auditor at Trans Financial Bank.
