Aaron Tsai

Co-founder at Bullpen

Aaron Tsai has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Aaron is currently the Co-Founder and COO of Bullpen, a role they started in September 2021. Prior to that, they co-founded West Vesey in 2017.

Before entering the startup world, Aaron worked as a Principal at Cortlandt Labs from January 2016 to January 2018. In this role, they engaged clients, developed functional specifications and user stories, and managed application development with Agile methodology.

Aaron also gained experience as a Business Consultant at Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. from November 2014 to May 2015. Aaron performed data analysis to support management decisions and analyzed historical and current data for strategic planning and resource allocation.

Additionally, Aaron served as a Graduate Researcher at UC San Diego Health System from December 2010 to December 2012. Aaron led a project funded by the NIH and published key findings in a scientific journal. Aaron also developed standardized protein purification and immunoprecipitation protocols.

Aaron Tsai completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology at UC San Diego from 2007 to 2011. Aaron then pursued a Master of Science degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences at UC San Diego from 2011 to 2012.
