Operations Supervisor, Championship Park at Bullpen Tournaments

Alex Leckron began their work experience in 2015 as a Non-Lifeguard at Splash House. In 2018, they worked as an Operations Intern at The Kokomo Jackrabbits and as a Sport Representative at Ball State Sport Administration Association. In 2019, they served as a GSF Center Student Intern at Eskenazi Health and as the Vice President of Internal Affairs at Ball State Sport Administration Association. In 2020, they worked as a Marketing and Fan Engagement Intern at Ball State University Athletics and later joined Bullpen Tournaments as a Field/Quad Manager. In 2021, they interned again at Bullpen Tournaments before becoming an Operations Supervisor at Championship Park in 2022.

Alex Leckron attended Indiana University Kokomo from 2016 to 2018, where they pursued a field of study in General Studies. Following this, from 2018 to 2020, Alex Leckron attended Ball State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sport Administration.

Bullpen Tournaments

Bullpen Tournaments LLC is the managing operating partner of Grand Park on the diamond side of the complex. Grand Park is the largest sports complex in the country with 400 total acres, 31 soccer fields, 26 diamonds, and a 370,000sq ft indoor facility. Bullpen Tournaments is responsible for scheduling, marketing, and operating tournaments, practices, leagues and all other baseball and softball activities held at Grand Park.
