Joshua Thorpe has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2019, they worked as a part-time employee at Bolden's Cleaning & Restoration Services during breaks from school. In this role, they assisted customers and communicated job requirements to employees. In 2021, they interned as an Indianapolis Colts Gameday Marketing Partnership Intern, where they helped set up Toyota Booth Space and interacted with fans. In 2022, they interned as a Spring Operations Intern at Bullpen Tournaments, where they assisted with game-day operations, managed staff, and updated tournament schedules. Later that year, they became the Outdoor Operations Manager at Bullpen Tournaments, overseeing tournament operations. In 2023, they became a Facilities Manager and Tournament Director at the same company. Additionally, since 2018, Joshua has worked as a Soccer Referee for the U.S. Soccer Federation, applying game rules and ensuring understanding among participants.
Joshua Thorpe completed their high school education at Hamilton Heights High School from 2015 to 2019, earning an Academic Honors Diploma. Afterwards, they pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis from 2019 to 2023, specifically within the Kelley School of Business.

Bullpen Tournaments
Bullpen Tournaments LLC is the managing operating partner of Grand Park on the diamond side of the complex. Grand Park is the largest sports complex in the country with 400 total acres, 31 soccer fields, 26 diamonds, and a 370,000sq ft indoor facility. Bullpen Tournaments is responsible for scheduling, marketing, and operating tournaments, practices, leagues and all other baseball and softball activities held at Grand Park.
