Previously, Monov held various positions within Bulstrad, including Director of the Motor Claims Department, and has been instrumental in implementing key database platforms and negotiating with repair shops. Monov's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Insurance and Social Policy from the University of National and World Economy and dual Master’s Degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University Sofia and Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
