Christophe Marle currently serves as Engineering Director for the Recommendations Engine at Bumble Inc. since 2024. Prior to this role, Christophe held various positions at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from 2018 to 2024, including Associate Director in AI Software Engineering and Lead Data Scientist. From 2016 to 2018, Christophe was a Software Engineering Manager at Facebook. Earlier experience includes managing software development and visual search at A9.com, an Amazon.com company, from 2013 to 2016, and serving as Engineering Manager and Program Manager in the imaging team at Nokia from 2008 to 2013. Prior positions include Software Design Engineer at Microsoft Corporation from 2003 to 2008 and research internships at Ricoh Innovations, Inc. and Rutherford Appleton Laboratory in 2002 and 2001, respectively. Christophe holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a Diplome d'Ingenieur in Mathematics from École Polytechnique.
