Vicky Wroe has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Vicky is currently the Global Head of Creative Operations & Production at Bumble, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they were the Global Creative Operations Lead at Bumble from February 2022 to March 2023. Vicky also worked as the Global Creative Operations Manager - Badoo from January 2021 to February 2022.
Before joining Bumble, Vicky worked at Facebook as an EMEA Creative Producer from January 2020 to January 2021.
Vicky also has extensive experience in the marketing and events industry. Vicky worked at Seed as an Experiential Account Director from July 2019 to January 2020, where they gained a holistic perspective on event production and project management. Prior to this, they held various roles at Seed, including Senior Experiential Manager, Experiential Manager, Account Manager, and Senior Account Executive.
Vicky also has work experience at Seed Marketing Agency as an Account Executive and Campaigns Assistant. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Events Assistant at Collection 26 and as a Technician at The Old Fire Station.
Vicky's work experience also includes roles in the leisure and hospitality industry. Vicky worked as a Children's Co-ordinator at David Lloyd Leisure, where they coordinated children's events and was recognized for their initiative in saving a child's life. Vicky also worked as an Event Co-ordinator at Crafty Arty World, assisting with large scale children's events. In addition, they gained customer service and communication skills as a Cashier at the Royal Automobile Club.
Vicky also had a work experience opportunity at Morton Michel Insurance, where they designed images for the company's website and developed computer skills.
Vicky Wroe obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Events Management from Bournemouth University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Rosebery Girls School Epsom from 2004 to 2011. Along with their education, Vicky also obtained additional certifications. Vicky completed a course on Managing and Handling from Bournemouth University in December 2012, and another certification as a SUBU Volunteering Volunteer Coordinator in September 2011. Additionally, Vicky has the Bronze Duke of Edinburgh award from January 2010 and the Junior Sports Leadership Award from May 2009.
