Rossuziana Awang is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in learning and development. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at Bumi Armada since April 2014, responsibilities include managing the Performance Management System and Training Management System. Previous roles at Bumi Armada include Senior Executive in HR Learning & Development and Crewing Executive, where support was provided to Business Units and T&I Fleet Crewing Manager on various human resource operations. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Human Resource Assistant at Saipem and Talisman Malaysia Limited, focusing on general administration support and HR data management. Rossuziana holds a Bachelor of Science in Resource Center Management from UiTM.
