Sabine Lenz has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Sabine began their career in 2013 as a Research Assistant and Interviewer/Research Assistant at Maastricht University and Public health office Zuid-Limburg, GGD, respectively. In 2015, they joined the Federal Agency for Technical Relief, where they held roles as Project Assistance for "Leadership & Culture" and later as Project Manager for "Healthy Work Environment". Sabine also served as a Recruiting Manager and is currently the Head of Unit "Training Support" at the agency.

Sabine Lenz has a bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in Psychology from Maastricht University, which they earned from 2008 to 2012. Sabine then pursued a master's degree (M.Sc.) in Psychology at Maastricht University from 2012 to 2013.
