Dr. Fabian Leber

Dr. Fabian Leber is a seasoned communications professional currently serving as the Head of Communication and Spokesperson for the Minister at the Bundesministerium der Finanzen since January 2022. Previously, Dr. Leber was the Spokesperson and Deputy Office Manager for the Chairman at the Fraktion der Freien Demokraten from November 2017 to January 2022. Dr. Leber has an extensive background in journalism, having worked as an Editor at Verlag Der Tagesspiegel GmbH from 2005 to 2017, a News Editor at Verlagsgruppe Handelsblatt in 2004-2005, and a Freelance Journalist at Südwestrundfunk Baden-Baden from 1998 to 2003. Dr. Leber holds multiple degrees, including a PhD in Political Science from The University of Freiburg and an Executive Master of Public Administration from institutions such as Hertie School and Copenhagen Business School.
