Miguel Pereira

Miguel Pereira is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as a Regional HR Manager for Europe at AEG Power Solutions since July 2023 and as a member of the Bundesverband der Personalmanager (BPM) since November 2023. Prior to these roles, Miguel held the position of Leiter Personalmanagement at HST Systemtechnik GmbH & Co.KG from October 2020 to July 2023, contributing significantly to personnel management during that time. Miguel began professional endeavors as an Account Manager with Inprodius Solutions GmbH from September 2015 to July 2018.
