Senam Amegashie

Senam Amegashie has over 20 years of professional experience in customer success, sales, and instruction. Most recently, they have been the Director of Customer Success at Awtomatic since 2021. Prior to this, they were the Owner and Host of SistaTV from 2009-2021, where they managed all day-to-day business operations, created, produced, filmed, directed, and edited video content, and was featured in a national Google Chrome ad campaign. From 2005-2015, they worked as a Web and Graphic Designer at My Design Diva, and from 2015-2021, they held various roles at Bento for Business, including Director of Customer Success, Customer Success Manager, and Customer Success Specialist. From 2004-2005, they were an Instructor at Alternative Schools Network, and from 2001-2004, they were a Sales Team Manager at DialAmerica.

Senam Amegashie attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1997 to 2000 and studied Broadcast Journalism.
