Zac Monahan

Zac Monahan is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Bungalow since October 2024, Zac previously held the role of President - Hospitality at WesternTrust. Prior to that, Zac spent over seven years at Vacasa, where responsibilities included leading a fast-paced acquisition program, managing integration processes, and developing a post-merger integration playbook that significantly improved throughput and revenue retention. Zac's earlier career includes consulting roles at Apex Leaders, LLC and Public Knowledge LLC, as well as leadership positions at Balihoo, Inc. Zac holds a Master of Science in Management and Policy from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in History and French from Grinnell College.
