Arnie Sair possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and food safety management within the food industry. Currently serving as Head of Global Quality & Food Safety at Bunge since July 2018, Arnie previously held a position as Vice President of Quality & Regulatory Operations at Signature Brands, LLC, where responsibilities included food safety, regulatory compliance, and serving on the Executive Team. Prior to this, Arnie worked at General Mills for over a decade, advancing through roles such as Quality and Regulatory Operations Manager, overseeing risk management and quality processes at major cereal plants. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Food Science from North Carolina State University, an M.S. in Food Science from Michigan State University, and a B.S. in Foods and Nutrition from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
