Eric Mulder

Eric Mulder is an experienced professional in innovation and product development, currently serving as the Innovation Product Development Manager at Bunge since February 2016, where responsibilities include managing innovation projects, lipid modification, data science applications, and leading the Product Development team. Previously, Eric held roles at Heineken Supply Chain, including Lead Scientist in Wort Production and Senior Scientist in Process Development, focusing on brewing technology innovation and project management. Additionally, Eric mentors startups at StartLife, leveraging expertise to foster business growth. Eric holds a PhD in Bioprocess Technology from Wageningen University & Research and a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Amsterdam.
