Gustavo Quemel Alves

Gustavo Quemel Alves is a seasoned professional in People Analytics with extensive experience in data analysis, infrastructure development, and predictive modeling. Currently serving as the Global Manager for People Analytics at Bunge since October 2022, Gustavo previously held the role of People Analytics Specialist for LatAm at Nutrien, where responsibilities included creating HR data infrastructure, presenting insights to executive teams, and automating data reports. Prior to Nutrien, Gustavo worked at BASF in various capacities, including Senior Analyst and Analyst roles, focusing on talent management processes and team leadership, while also implementing data lakes and predictive analytics initiatives. Gustavo holds a degree in Engineering of Management with a focus on Project Management and a Bachelor of Science and Technology in Engineering from Universidade Federal do ABC.
