Kimberley Bohay

Kimberley Bohay currently serves as the Director of Talent Development & Organizational Effectiveness at Bunge since July 2025. Previously, Kimberley held the position of Manager, Talent Development at Viterra from July 2021 to July 2025, where a three-year talent management strategy and roadmap were developed to align initiatives with corporate culture and strategy. Kimberley spent 16 years at SaskTel in various HR roles, including HR Manager for Learning & Development, where the modernization of learning operations achieved significant engagement improvements, and HR Manager for Organizational Development, which encompassed strategic HR programs for a workforce of 3,300 employees. Kimberley's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and two Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degrees from the University of Regina.
