Larisa Poruchnik

Larisa Poruchnik has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Regional Human Resources Generalist and HR Manager at Bunge since November 2018, where responsibilities include recruitment, structural analysis of manufacturing, and HR reporting. Previously, Larisa worked at PepsiCo from August 2004 to November 2018, holding positions such as HR Manager focusing on staff recruitment and competency interviews, along with roles as Assistant Economist, Specialist in Trade Equipment, and Senior Goods Expert. Larisa holds a degree in Accounting and Audit from the Mykolaiv National Agrarian University, which was obtained between 1996 and 2001.
