Mireia Marchante Climent

Mireia Marchante Climent is a Regional Human Resources Generalist for Foot Locker in Spain and Portugal since September 2024. Prior to this role, Mireia served as a People Specialist at Abylsen, where responsibilities included opening the first office in Barcelona and overseeing hiring and HR development in the Spain Global Area. Mireia's earlier experience includes working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Adecco, where expertise was demonstrated in the complete selection process, and as a Learning and Talent Developer at Eine Centre de Psicologia, focusing on training programs and talent development. Mireia holds a Master's in Psychology and Career Counseling and a Degree in Humanities and Educational Sciences, both from the Universitat de Barcelona, along with a Humanistic Baccalaureate and additional qualifications in Psychopedagogical Reeducation.
