Lizell van der Westhuizen

Lizell van der Westhuizen brings over two decades of finance and management experience, having held various leadership positions at prominent companies. At Bunge, from September 2013 to April 2023, Lizell served as Controller T&M Distribution Entities, Finance Director, and Financial Controller. Prior experience includes roles as Manager Grainlink Marketing Finance & Admin and Audit Manager at Senwes from November 2002 to July 2013, and as Financial Services Manager at AngloGold Ashanti from February 2007 to February 2008. Lizell completed a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science at North-West University from January 1998 to December 2000 and is currently pursuing a Power MBA in Business Administration and Management at North-West University, expected to be completed in December 2023.
