Maddie Bader

Maddie Bader is an experienced Government Affairs Specialist at Bunge, with a background that includes roles as a Government Affairs Intern and various internships focused on policy and communications. Notably, Maddie served as a Communications and Policy Intern for the Office of Missouri Governor Mike Parson and as a Legislative Affairs Intern with the Missouri Farm Bureau, where efforts included organizing the Capitol Connection Program to connect state legislators with Farm Bureau members. Additional experience includes outreach work to promote agricultural education, serving as a State FFA Officer facilitating educational workshops, and supporting congressional operations. Maddie holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education, Communications, and Leadership, Public Policy from the University of Missouri-Columbia and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration at Southeast Missouri State University.
